About Us
Jonnon Designs CCC. (Community Contribution Company) is a woman of colour-owned small business with a mission to increase inclusion in the fashion industry by providing meaningful work for people facing barriers to traditional employment.
Our vision is to make a meaningful contribution to the ethical fashion revolution, and inspire others to think about how their lifestyles are contributing to their community, through fashion as well as through inclusive employment.
Empowering Local Makers
We work with a team of local (Vancouver-based) sewers and artists who face barriers to traditional employment—such as newcomers, new parents, individuals living with or recovering from mental illness, or those with physical barriers to full-time work—incorporating their skills and craft into our designs.
Many of our team members work from the comfort of their homes, on their own schedules, and at their preferred pace. We strive to create a collaborative and inclusive environment where our community can thrive and feel empowered to make their own choices.

Ethical Manufacturing and Production
We work with you to create thoughtful, socially impactful designs for your brand. From concept to samples and production, our local team has over 40 years of experience in fashion design and pattern-making and can guide you through the entire process.
Made-to-order Designs, Inspired by What We Find
When we are inspired by the materials we find, we release limited runs of our own designs. Our garments are made in small batches, using existing low-impact resources - featuring recycled textiles whenever possible. Every purchase supports further employment and empowers the local community.
